We are looking for a highly motivated senior sales professional to join the team in USA, the
E-Commerce/Payments Sales Director will have the responsibility of developing, managing, driving
sales cycle and closing net new opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Moves client prospects through the sales cycle from consideration to executed contract
- Work closely with the marketing team to review sales opportunities to ensure they meet pre-defined selection criteria and pursues qualified leads
- Brings assigned pipeline leads and client opportunities to the company
- Works with the VP of E-Business Sales to provide guidance to pipeline development
- Negotiates and manages all aspects of new client acquisition, relationship management through implementation and hand-off to the Account Management Team
- Plans and prioritizes sales activities and customer/prospect contact working towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales
- Ensures accuracy of CRM database of prospect contacts, leads and opportunities
- Sales Operations and Market Research
- Occasionally participates in market development activities to support pipeline growth
- Contributes to the development of marketing materials
Requirements:
- Skilled at developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent strategic planning and analytic skills which will allow us to win in competitive selling environments
- Knowledge of physical distribution and fulfilment operation models
- Training in value-based sales training methodologies
- Negotiation training and proven skills
- Excellent team-worker
- Self motivated with drive and enthusiasm
- Hunter mentality
Required Experience:
- 5+ years proven sales experience
- E-Commerce and Payments experience
- Experience selling BPO-service type client engagement models
- History of achieving company objectives
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
