Account Manager, Computer Software

We are looking for a commercial sales account manager to join the Munich based team for our client within the Security/Mobility space.

Responsibilities:
  • Renewal quoting, upselling and driving new business to small and medium sized customers in Germany + Switzerland
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic selling and commitment to sales plans
  • Weekly forecasting + commit
  • Regular pipeline and opportunity reporting including SalesForce hygiene
  • Team with Partners to cross-sell and up-sell services into existing customer base
  • Create incremental pipeline and revenue
  • Create pro-active and re-active quotes for partners as well as facilitate any special pricing requests

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong closing skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential for the company
  • Competitive and goal oriented
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
  • Up to 5% travel requirement
  • Experience with Mobile Computing technologies a bonus
  • Must be able to work in a team environment while maintaining independence

Required Experience:
  • 1-2 years Sales experience required
  • Experience with SalesForce.com required

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field


Required Language(s):

Fluent in German and English
