Looking for a VP of Sales covering Europe for a client in the consumer electronics industry.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop, and execute product, channel and marketing strategies, achieving the set  revenues and margin targets for Europe

·       Building a high-performing team to support corporate growth goals in the region

·       Product Launch Planning for Europe

·       Developing detailed product launch plans

·       Comprehensive PR campaign planning and strategy together with PR team

·       Manage custom asset development

·       Create local product messaging

·       New Category Launch Plans

·       Developing Channel Strategy

·       Competitive Product Analysis

·       European Market Share Tracking, Reporting and Analysis

·       Evaluating Competitor Product Samples and proving feedback to Development/Engineering

·       Preparation and presentation of Key Account Sales Presentations

·       Pricing and Channel Margin analysis


Requirements:

·       P&L responsibility preferred

·       Consumer electronics experience required

·       Track-record of successfully executing HW product launches

·       Experience in launching new products into new regions

 


Required Experience:

·       10+ years managing sales, product marketing & development within the consumer electronics space


Required Education:

·       BS or equiv. in Science/Engineering or Business/Finance; MBA preferred

English
